This blend smells woodsy and grounding. ROOTS is a beautiful compliment to your meditation practice or to add more balance and connection to your life. This product was made to grab and go taking the confusion out of using essential oils daily.
Balsam Fir: Has a softly balsamic, sweet, fresh aroma that is both grounding and elevating. Has been used to help calm the nervous system.
Juniper: This widely used oil has been said to help psychologically during times of anxiety, low energy and weakness. It has also helping with centering and meditation.
